The longest check-in of my life. It was a prepaid booking, and it took no less than 20 minutes for the reception to process the check-in. Also, the hotel charges 20 euros per dog, whereas in the hotel's policy, it stated 10 euros per pet per stay. So the receptionist had to figure something out, but in fact, we ended up writing to customer support to resolve it. The photos don't correspond to the hotel's conditions at all. We had a family room with a bunk bed and a double bed. They're located next to each other, not at a distance as it seems in the photos. The bunk bed itself has stairs that you cannot climb. It’s the oldest piece of metal that makes you feel pain when you step on it. Walls are beyond thin; you can hear absolutely everything in the neighbor's room. The sink was clogged. Towels were more grey than white, and the worst part is, one of the face towels had yellow dirty stains. The bathroom is missing some heating, so it’s really cold. And the hotel costs more than 100 euros per night

An great hotel and for the quality and the price a bargain. The location is on the corner of the main plaza with the breakfast room over looking the square. Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.
